Delete my Pellizz account
You can delete your Pellizz account and the related data at any time, from the app or from this page if you no longer have the app.
From the app
- Open Pellizz and go to the "Me" tab.
- Tap "Delete my account".
- Choose whether to leave your photos in the events or delete them too, then confirm.
A guest account (created with just a first name) has no e-mail address: it can only be deleted from the app, on the phone where it was created. If the app was uninstalled, write to us with the event name and the first name you used.
Without the app
Enter your account's e-mail address. We will send you a confirmation link valid for 24 hours; nothing is deleted until you confirm.
You can also write to privacy@pellizz.app from your account's address: we handle the request within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Immediately: your account (name, e-mail, password, Google or Apple sign-ins, notification tokens and sessions) and your event participation, which now shows as "Deleted participant".
- Your photos, as you choose: left in the events (they stay visible to participants, credited to "Deleted participant", until the event is deleted automatically) or deleted too (they disappear from the gallery and the challenges; the files are erased from storage within minutes).
- Kept temporarily: the versions of deleted photos in the storage (30 days at most), database backups (30 days at most) and technical logs (12 months at most), then erased.
If you own an event, you will choose for each one to hand it over to another participant (who becomes its owner) or to delete it with its photos.
